B&B Milena
was born from a dream
that came true
B&B Milena is located in Rutigliano, in the province of Bari, a city that in 2010 was awarded the title of “City of Art” in relation to its historical, artistic and architectural heritage. Rutigliano is 18 kilometers from Bari, the capital of Puglia, a city famous, among other beauties, for its Cathedral of San Nicola, the seafront and a characteristic and very ancient Old Town. A few kilometers from Rutigliano are the cities of Conversano (ancient county of the Acquaviva d’Aragona Counts), Castellana Grotte (famous for its limestone caves) and Alberobello with its characteristic trulli.
Our philosophy has its roots in the love of hospitality for families or couples who love the small details. Upon awakening our guests will be pampered by the scent of a rich continental breakfast: fresh fruit, plumcakes, fruit tarts, donuts, fresh cheeses, bread, jam, croissants, cornflakes will be ready daily to meet the needs of those who are intolerant to lactose.
We care about the environment: our structure, in fact, is designed to help reduce energy consumption. Internal comfort is ensured by ventilated walls, which guarantee excellent energy performance in both winter and summer. The latest generation fixtures contribute to maintaining thermal efficiency, assisted by a heat pump heating and cooling system. The entire building is powered by green energy through photovoltaic and solar panels: you will experience your stay in total serenity, with almost zero impact.
